Chicken Breast with bone - 1no
1tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp chopped parsley
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
Butter to grill
Shape the breast with wing bone & mark stripes on stripes the breast to absorb the mixture.
Marinate with vinegar, parsley, thyme, salt, black pepper & olive oil. keep it aside for 10min.
Hear grill, place the chicken & sear both sides. Then cook until the meat gets browned or at an internal temp of 80 degrees celcius approx.
Serve hot with grilled asparagus
