Banana Sticky

Ingredients
2 slices white bread
creamy peanut butter
1 ripe banana
honey
butter

Method
This is the BEST DESSERT there is!

Start by loading one slice of bread with peanut butter, make sure it's plenty!
Then slice up the banana and put the slices on the peanut butter. Make sure the banana is spotty, but not extremely black. This slightly overripe phase is when the banana is sweetest :]

Cram in as many banana peices as you can, make little peices fit between slices, whatever you need to do to make sure there's a lot of banana.
Than drizzle with honey, not a WHOLE LOT but enough to make it sweet but not overpowering.

Melt some butter over medium heat and for pete's sake don't use olive oil!! There are plenty of recipies which can and should be made healthy but this is not one of them! :)

Put the other slice of bread on top to make a sandwich and fry the sandwich in the butter until golden and slightly crispy. And don't turn it too early!

Cut diagonally in half and serve with a tall glass of very cold whole milk or soy milk (you'll need something smooth but not sweet to cut the sweet richness of the sandwich.)

If you've done it properly the peanut butter will stick to the roof of your mouth a la Charlie Brown. And the kitchen with likely stink a treat

Enjoy!
