Beans with beef steak and red pepper

2 cup of red beans
4 beef fillet
200 g pancetta, finely sliced
4-5 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 chili, finely chopped
2 red pepper, finely chopped
1 red onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp tomato paste
1-2 fresh tomatoes, peeled and finely chopped
2 bay leaf
sea salt & pepper
extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp cummin
Put the beans in water and let for minimum 12 hours behind to start cooking.
Put beans in large bowl with water, salt, bay leafs and boiled. Until 10 minutes add pancetta and continuous to boiled.
Heat a pan and add cummin. Keep to the heat just 1 minutes then take out and crush.
Heat a pan with olive oil, garlic, onion, red pepper, chili, thyme. Let to cook till is soft. Add tomato paste and fresh tomatoes. Season with sea salt and pepper. Keep to cook a few minutes then use a blender to grind. Add water from boiled beans and blend. Now mix with a spoon, beans and pancetta with pepper\'s pasta.
Season beef steak with sea salt and pepper, then roast in olive oil 3 minutes each side, for a medium steak.
Season rocket salad with 3 tsp extra virgin olive oil and 1 tsp lemon juice.
Serve beans with beef steak and rocket salad.
