who love beef steak it\'s time to try this simple and delicious recipe...

Ingredients
beef steak
1 tomato
1 buffalo mozzarella
salt, white pepper
extravirgin oliva oil
3 tbsp balsamico
slice of bread

Method
Baked slice of bread.
Season beef with salt and white pepper, pat with extravirgin oliva oil and let a few minutes.
In a hot saucepan, grill steak for 2-3 minutes on each side, medium.
Remove from the grill on to a dish for rest and then put over the baked bread.
Sliced tomato, over sliced buffalo mozzarella and grill in oliva oil 2 minutes then add balsamico for last 1 minutes. Take out and add to over the steak.
Season with salt, pepper and sprinkle with sauce from saucepan.
