Beefsteak in charge!

Ingredients
Marinade ( for at least 1 hour in a fridge):

4 medium to large beefsteaks - 2 and a half cm thick

4 tbsp Dijon Mustard

4 tbsp honey

4 pcs laurel leaf

0.5 l of good dry or medium dry red wine

just a splash of prosecco, porto or any other sweet desert wine (optional)

1 tbsp olive oil

Method
Put beefsteak in a large bowl ,take dijon mustard and rub it into meat-gently, add honey and stir with a spoon, again, gently :). squeeze the laurel inside of your hand but not too tight so it doesn brake in to small pieces but so we could release more of its fabulous aroma and put it in to a marinade wich we gonna complete with the wine and prosecco (optional). Stir a bit to mix it all together equaly and leave in a fridge for an hour or two.

Preheat the oil in a deeper pan - oil mustn`t be too hot, shake each steak just a little bit while taking them out of the marinade then place them in to the pan (leave marinade on side). Bake until the desired intensity. When almost finished add the rest of the marinade, once boiled let it cook over medium heat for 3 minutes.

Serve with organic french fries or potato wedgies and some green salad!
