1 kgr beef (remove the fat parts)
3 medium potatoes(sliced in 4 parts)
a handful of celery
1 1/2 tea sp salt
6-7 black pepper beans
the juice of 1 lemon
1/3 cup of tea olive oil
Boil the meat in a steamer for 40 minutes with 4 glasses of water.
After you have boiled the meat, keep the broth in a kettle.
In another casserole put the pieces of the meat,the onions ,the pepper seeds,the carrots the potatoes and the celery, with the olive oil and cook them in a very slow fire for 15 minutes.Add the lemon juice to give its freshness and a special taste ,to the food. Then add the broth and set the temperature in medium level.Boil the food for 30 minutes watching not to absorb its liquid....
