Ingredients
• 12.5 ml Belvoir Blackcurrant and Cox Apple Cordial
• 35ml Premium vodka
• 50ml cloudy apple juice
• 20ml double cream
Method
Add all ingredients into a shaker and shake well, then strain into a cocktail Martini glass or a short tumbler. Garnish with a very light dusting of either crumbled digestive biscuit or nutmeg or even cinnamon.
