Best Fruity Smoothie

This is a shake I make every morning for breakfast. The ingrediants speak for themselves. Having 1 teaspoon of local honey prevents reaction from hayfever and allergies. The chocolate and blueberries are great for you and it\'s a way to get your calcuim and a good portion of fruit. Use the 1% milk for less fat, using it in this shake you will never-ever notice the difference. Start your day out right!

Ingredients
1 Banana

1/4 C• frozen blueberries

1/2 C• frozen strawberries

1 t• local honey

1 t• unsweetened natural coco

1% milk

Method
Toss the banana and the unsweetened frozen fruit in your blender. Put in your local honey and chocolate and top it off with milk. Fill the milk up about 3/4 over the fruit. Hit the blender for a few. Pour in glass and go.

For thicker shakes, use less milk or more fruit and for bite size chunks of fruit just use the blender for a few seconds. I switch out different types of fruit mixes. I use peach and banana, blueberry-peach-banana, raspberry-strawberry and banana.
