Frozen or fresh Broccoli-800 g
The crab sticks 500 g
Red pepper 300 g
Salad leaves, dill
Broccoli thaw. Before you start choose a few beautiful blooms of broccoli and cut top of the peppers. Set them to decorate the salad.
All ingredients finely chop and mix in a large bowl. Then lightly salt and add mayonnaise in 2-3 servings, the rest of fresh salad mix can leave the next day in the refrigerator.
Now you can collect salad. On the salad plate put the leaf of green salad, put a form (mould) and fill with salad. Take off the form and decorate: some dill, then top of sweet pepper (without stalk), in middle of add a little mayonnaise and stick your inflorescence of broccoli.
