1. In a preheated pan, add oil and sautee garlic, onion and tomatoes until soft. 2. Add in pork and let it boil for 8-10 minutes. Make sure there is enough liquid to cook meat. Can add a minimal amount of water if it dries up. 3. Add bagoong then follow brown sugar and vinegar, and simmer for another 2 minutes. 4. Serve meat in a plate and pour over bagoong sauce.
