Bipins Masala Baroda Murgh Tikka -mouthwatering healthy low fat low carb

A simple, easy, very very effective dish to impress with and most importantly to make ready in 10-15 minutes start to finish. Very aromatic, and full of complex layers of authentic Indian flavours. Serve as a main course or as a Tapas / Appetizer for all to enjoy a cuisine inspired from Surat, Gujarat , India perfect with a glass of medium dry white wine. Could also also use lean thin slices of lamb to make it a meaty affair.

Ingredients
Chicken off the bone 600g

Zest of a Lemon

Lemon juice

Freshly chopped Coriander

1 tbsp of tomato puree

All Fresh Bipins Surti masala or Bipins Methi masala

Green leaf salad, red onions

Method
Mix the chicken and the Bipins surti masala or the methi masala thoroughly using two forks. Heat up a heavy based frying pan with 2 tsp of sunflower oil, stir fry on medium to high heat continuously mixing, add the tomato purée, cook for 10-15 minutes till meat is fully cooked and liquids reduced, add the lemon juice, rest for a few minutes, Serve on a bed of green leaf salad, garnish with the coarsly chopped coriander and the lemon zest. .....Lovely, mouthwatering and delicious. .....alternatively use thin slices of lab with the methi masala.
