I really, really like the shrimp-zucchini combination. And if you use a dose of extra-passion when preparing this recipe, you\'ll want to do it over and over and over again.
Ingredients
100 g• Tagliatele
1 red, hot pepper
4-6 shrimp
50 g zucchini
2 tomatoes
3 chopped garlic cloves
a few black olives
a good amount of basil
3 teaspoons of extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon of butter
Parmesan cheese
1/2 of a lime
White Pepper
Method
Put the pasta in a medium pot of water, add a little salt, and bring it to a boil (until \"al dente\").
In the meantime, prepare the pasta sauce: mix the olive oil, chopped hot, red pepper, garlic, basil and shrimp in a hot pan and keep for 1 or 2 minutes. Add butter. After the butter melted, add the sliced zucchini and the black olives. Separate the juicy insides of the tomatoes from the outside shells and chop the insides in small, small pieces. Throw the tomato shells in the hot pan along with the juicy insides. Add salt and pepper, as desired.
On an individual serving plate, arrange the pasta, pour the sauce over it, add a little parmesan on top as well as the 1/2 a lime and extra virgin olive oil.
Enjoy your beautiful culinary creation!!!
