Blackberry Smoothie

Ingredients
2 Cups Orange Juice
1 Cup Plain Yogurt
1 Free-Range Brown Egg
1 Scoop Slim Fast Vanilla Powder
1 Tbsp• Miller's Bran
1 Handful Blackberries

Method
[b]Pour juice into blender. Add remaining ingredients. Blend a bit until berries seem to be broken up. Pour into glass. Drink. Smile. : )[/b]

Note: I've been making this for years now and I like the raw egg for the essential amino acids. Plain yogurt is the only kind I eat and that goes in there for healthy digestive reasons, not to mention berries are great little cleansers for your system. The slim fast powder is just used actually to get rid of it. I bought a ton of it at the discount store and found that I love the vanilla flavor with the berries, plus it has a ton of minerals, and I like that!

[i]This is not a diet drink but just something I love to eat in the mornings. I try only to eat fruit/juice up until noon and find I have plenty of energy during the day and don't get hungry either. Enjoy![/i]
