This recipe is courtesy of Mrs. Vidhu Mittal, from whom I learnt this salad.Though I have made a few variations of my own. This salad tastes best when chilled. While making the dressing you can increase the quantity of the sauces depending on spicy you want it.
It serves as a very refreshing vegetarian salad to serve with a bbq or just like that. Black eyed Beans are easily available in any Indian grocery store.
