The recipe makes great little cheesecake tarts that look lovely and sooo good!

Ingredients
14 oz cream cheese
1/3 cup sour cream
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp flour
1 tsp lemon rind
1 egg
3/4 cup blueberries
12 Sweetened tart shells

Method
Preheat oven 375F
In large bowl, mix cream cheese & sour cream, until light and fluffy.
Add sugar, vanilla, flour, rind and stir well. Beat in the egg. Add the blueberries and stir until blended. Fill your tarts and bake for 20-25 minutes
