Blueberry Marble Cheesecake

Fresh blueberries work best in this recipe!

Ingredients
CRUST:
180 ml (3/4 cup) Graham crackers
125 ml (1/2 cup) Rolled Oats
30 ml (2 tbsp) sugar
75 ml (1/3 cup) Melted Butter

Cake:
3 cups blueberries
125 ml (1/2 cup) Maple syrup
3 packs/ 250 g (8 oz) cream cheese, room temp
180 ml (3/4 cup) sugar
10 ml (2 tsp) vanilla
5 eggs
125 ml (1/2 cup) sour cream

Method
PREHEAT OVEN 375 F
For Crust. In bowl mix up all crust ingredients and them press firmly in a 8\" round spring pan. Bake in oven for 10 minutes.

In a food processer puree the blueberries and the maple syrup. Reserve.

With a mixer, beat to gether the cream cheese, sugar and vanialla. Once welll mixed add 1 egg at a time and then the sour cream.

Pour HALF the cream cheese mixture on top of crust. Now pour about 1/4 of the blueberry puree mixture (in a swirly design). Now again, pour the rest of the cream cheese mixture. For the last time pour 1/4 of the blueberry puree and use a pallet knife to give it a swirly effect.

Bake in oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Leave to cool completely. Use the rest of the blueberry puree to serve with cake.

This has my vote mainly because it includes my national (and favourite) ingredient - MAPLE SYRUP!
