This is a South-Tirolo (Northern Italy) soft blueberry cake: the smell and the taste are amazing!
Ingredients
550 g flour
500 g sugar
450 g butter softened
400 g blueberries
4 eggs
1 packet of vanillin
1/2 packet of yeast
Method
Work butter with sugar and vanillin for five minutes, then add eggs and mix.
Add flour combined with the yeast and mix.
The blueberries should be added once a soft dough is created.

Cool the cake and serve.
