A very easy and tasty recipe for kids and everybody else having a sweet tooth...
Ingredients
5 slices of stale raisin bread, buttered
3 eggs
3 tbsp of caster sugar
1 tbsp vanilla sugar
800 ml full fat milk
1 handful of rasp- and blueberries
1 tsp of brown sugar to drizzle on top
Method
Preheat your oven to 180° C.
Cut the slices in to pieces, so they fit in your pan.
Add some berries while arranging the bread, and sprinkle some on top.
Mix the eggs, the sugars, the milk in a food processor, then pour over the bread. Sprinkle a bit of brown sugar on top. Put into the oven for about 40 minutes. Enjoy! :)
