Bread with sunflower seeds

Easy peasy bread! Just mix the lot and put it into the oven! Smells and tastes a bit like gingerbread cookies, because of the spices involved... Makes 1 loaf of bread. Oven: 175 degrees.

Ingredients
200 ml oatmeal
300 ml wheatflour
300 ml graham (wholemeal) flour
50 ml linseeds
2 pinches salt
2 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp ground ginger
2 tsp bicarbonate
2 grated carrots
100 ml sunflower seeds
50 ml pumpkin seeds
some dried chopped apricots
400 ml plain yoghurt
rapeseed oil

Method
1. Mix all the dry ingredients - the oatmeal, flour, linseeds, spices and bicarbonate.

2. Add the carrots, nuts and fruits, yoghurt and about 1 tbsp rapeseed oil. Mix properly.

3. Put the dough in an oiled baking tin for bread. Then, put the tin into the warm oven, bottom shelf, for quite a long time, about 1 ½ hour.

Enjoy!
