Ingredients
6 slices bresaola
2 small handfuls of mixed salad leaves
2 tbsp pesto
Method
1. Place a small handful of salad leaves in the centre of two plates.
2. Place 3 slices of bresaola each on top of the salad leaves.
3. Drizzle around the pesto and serve.
