I love that...broccoli is an excellent source of vitamine A, B2, folic acid, vitamine C, iron and potassium...so that is an healthy vegetable and is so easy to cook...broccoli stock what result is good to use or to drink...
Ingredients
a good bunch of broccoli
1 1/2 l water
sea salt and black pepper
pecorino or parmesan cheese
Method
In a bowl with water add broccoli and let to boiled.
Take out broccoli and put in a blender, add 1/2 quantity of cooking water, season with sea salt and pepper and then mix. If is to thick add more water.
Serve with grated pecorino or parmesan cheese and sprinkle extra virgin olive.
