Full of vitamins and taste
150 grms broccoli
150 grms mushrooms
1 onion peeled and chopped
30 grms chopped dill
2 tea sp honey
100 grms cream fresh (soy substitute)
1 glass white sweet wine
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 tea sp of salt (optional)
Cut the Broccoli in medium pieces.Add the chopped onion in a pan with the oil.
Heat the oil and after 3 minutes add the mushrooms. Let the mushrooms cooked with the onion in very slow fire. After 7 minutes add the honey on top of the mushrooms and the dill.The honey will be absorbed and then add the wine.Now add the broccoli pieces and cook for another 10 minutes.In the mean time you can add a portion of salt if you like.
Now add the cream and let the sauce thicken ....The food after 5 minutes is ready.
Be careful during the cooking to keep the fire in a very slow mode.
