Finely chop the herb leaves and capers, then add to a large bowl with the breadcrumbs, the zest from the lemon and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Coarsely grate or roughly chop and add the cheese, then stir to combine and sprinkle onto the sprouts in an even layer. Place in the hot oven for about 35 minutes, or until golden, then serve with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a grating of Parmesan, if you like.
