Ingredients
Olive oil 1 cup
Flour 3 cups
Sugar 2 cups
Yoghurt 1cup
grated lemon skin
baking powder 20 g
eggs 2
Method
mix well all the ingredients, pour into a baking form (put paper or smear the form with butter) and bake in the oven for 25-30 min (preheat to 180 degrees C) This is a traditional valencian dessert, and the texture you get is similar to a scone.
