Mhmm, this is one of my favorites. it´s a classic in Sweden.
Ingredients
Serves 4
600 g Minced Pork
1 kg White Cabbage
2,5 dl water
Cooking oil
Butter
White pepper
Salt
Method
Start by setting the oven on 175 degrees celcius. Shred the cabbage and whittle away the hard piece. Fry it in a pan untill the cabbage it´s soften. Start mixing the minced pork with the water in a bowl and add one teaspoon salt and one ml measuring spoon white pepper. Butter a ovenproof tin. Place half of the cabbage in the bottom. Put the mixed minced pork over and finally lay the rest of the cabbage at the top. Let it bake in the oven for about 45 minutes.
I didént have it at home but if you have, I recommand you serve with lingonberry jam and if you like it a little more robust, boiled potatoes.
