easy, quick and healthy soup from fresh cabbage...
Ingredients
Half medium cabbage
2 medium tomatoes
carrot and parsley, sliced in small pieces
11/2 chicken stock or veggies stock
a few dill leafs , finely chopped
salt and pepper
Method
Just finely sliced cabbage and put on a pot with chicken stock or veggies stock. Cover with a lid and let to boilet aboute 10 minutes.
Add carrot and parsley, sliced in small pieces and continuous to cook.
Peeled tomatoes and chopped, then add and let to cook for aboute 10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and dill, finely chopped.
Optional add 1 tbsp of wine vinegar.
Serve with a tbsp of cream.
