that is a health recipe and help to reducing cure
Ingredients
1 medium cabbage
1 onion finely chopped
1 spring onion
2 tomatoes, peeled skin
1 l chicken stock
1 green or red peppe
2 carrot and prasley finely chopped
2 stem green celery finely chopped
half parsnip
parsley,dill and parsnip leafs
salt and pepper
Method
In a big pot add cabbage finely chopped and chicken stock for boilet.
When the cabbage is start to boilet add onion, prasley, carrot, green pepper, celery, parsnip and cook. After a few moment add carrot, spring onion and in final add the tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Let to cook for 5 minutes, then must to be ready.
Serve with paesley, dill and parsnip leafs.
