Ingredients
7 oz pancetta or bacon
Clove garlic
Glub of olive oil
Half a chopped cabbage
1/2 glass white wine
3 oz parmesan cheese
4 oz double cream
Method
Fry pancetta/ bacon gencly in olive oil.
Add crushed garlic
Add chopped cabbage and white wine
Add parmesan cheese and double cream

Great recipe but...
how long do you cook the garlic, the cabbage and wine, and the cheese? I can guess but it would be good to know...
Very nice, went lovely with my Lamb Shanks and Roast potatoes.
Will be doing it again very soon.
