Ingredients
Pizza dough and sauce (see recipe)
Canned asparagus.
Enoki mushrooms and fresh mushrooms
Mozzarella cheese, 125 g.
Olives, anchovies
Rucola, olive oil
Method
Roll dough thickness of 7 mm and diameter 35 cm. Pour the sauce, leaving a blank (2 cm) to close your calzone after.
One half of the dough evenly spread stuffing. Enoki mushrooms, halves of champignons, olives, sliced asparagus, pieces of mozzarella, leaves of rucola. Recommend not skimp on stuffing to get dense calzone. Just pour cold-pressed olive oil. Close the pizza as pie, glue and fix, making the elegant tail. Your calzone is ready to cook.
Shift the pizza on paper, oiled and send to oven, heated before 180C for 20 minutes. Ready-made pizza out of the oven, slightly coat with olive oil, decorate by the asparagus stalks and bring to the table.
