sweet, delicious, easy and quick to make...
4 tbsp of brown sugar
1 tsp unsalted butter
1 cinnamon stick
1 shot banana liqueur
1 shot rum
a few basil leafs, finely chopped
vanilla ice cream
Heat a pan, add sugar and cinnamon for caramelized. When the sugar is melted add unsalted butter, sliced banana and add too. Whisk slowly and add banana liqueur, rum and let to burn for flame. When the alcohol is evaporated take of from heat.
Served with vanilla ice cream and strew basil leaf .
