This is a very delicious dessert I made, especially, for my family :)!
150 g of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of unsalted butter
100 g of liquid whip cream
a little bit of rum
a small amount of hazelnuts
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1-2 strawberries (or pick some other fruit, based on your own preference)
1 big cup of caramel ice cream
In a hot pan, melt the brown sugar and add the hazelnuts, then flambe everything with rum (in other words, everything is topped with rom then lit afire). Next, add a teaspoon of unsalted butter, as well as the liquid whip cream, to the contents of the pan. Mix everything together until you obtain a smooth, thick, cream-like product. Then, add the fruit (mentioned above) and cook for about another minute or so. Serve warm with a side of ice cream.
