This juice is good for losing weight, mantain energy... we should drink it before our meals. Try it its very refreshing.
300 g carrot
50 g fennel
75 g celery
2.5 cm cube fresh root ginger, roughly chopped
Juice the ingredients and serve over ice, if liked decorate with strips of fennel and fennel fronds.
