4 Carrots Grated
5 Eggs beaten
1 1/2 Tins of Tuna
1/2 Cup Dried Parmisen Cheese
2 Cloves of garlic
1 Large Onion Chopped
3 Cups of Bread Crumbs (May vary just keep adding until the mixture feels firm)
Salt, Pepper and Parsley (dried of fresh doesn't matter) to your desire
1/2 Cup Oil
Mix all these ingrediants together in a large bowl.
Mix unltil the mixture feels firm enough to roll into 5cm balls/patties, add salt pepper and parsley to your desire.
Then Fry them in a non-stick pan with oil until golden brown in colour.
Serve up with a salad or just have then by themselves. :thumbsup:
