Cast iron kettler bread

this is simple and easy recipe for backing bread...no-knead dough...and the result is magnific...
4 cup of strong bread flour
2 cup water(little warm)
2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp honey or sugar
1/4 tsp dried yeast
cast iron kettler with lid
In a big bowl add flour,dried yeat, salt, sugar or honey, mix little beat then add 2 cups water. Now mixt all, just the flour to absorb the water, then cover with plastic foil and let to rise in a room temperature for 16 hours.
After 16 hours put the cast iron kettler in oven and preheat at 250\'C.
The doughis very sticky, sprinkle with lot of flour work table and add the dough. Shape your dough and let to rise just the oven is heat.
Take out the cast iron kettler, put inside the dough, cover with lid and baking for 30 minutes, then take out the lid and baking for aboute 10 minutes at 225\'C. Done...
