After 16 hours put the cast iron kettler in oven and preheat at 250'C.
The doughis very sticky, sprinkle with lot of flour work table and add the dough. Shape your dough and let to rise just the oven is heat.
Take out the cast iron kettler, put inside the dough, cover with lid and baking for 30 minutes, then take out the lid and baking for aboute 10 minutes at 225'C. Done...
