Cauliflower with Bacon-Cheese sauce

Ingredients
1 cauliflower, 30 grams of butter, 30 grams of flour, 400 ml vegetable stock, salt, pepper, nutmeg, 75 grams of bacon, 50 grams grated cheese, 50 grams old grated cheese,

Method
Boil cauliflower florets al dente. Drain and place in a baking dish. Melt 30 grams of butter. Add 30 grams of flour and fry it short. Pour 400 ml bit by bit vegetable stock. Keep stirring well. When the sauce has the desired thickness you get the pan from the heat. Bring the sauce to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Stir in 75 grams of finely sliced bacon, 50 grams young grated cheese and 50 grams of grated old cheese. Stir so that the cheese will melt. Pour the bacon-cheese sauce over the cauliflower. Sprinkle a little grated old cheese. Turn the baking dish approximately 20 minutes in the preheated oven at 180 degrees.
Enjoy!
