Caustard Tarts Individual

These yummy little tarts are quick to make and sooo good!
Ingredients
4 eggs
2 oz sugar
1/2 pint milk
1/2 pint cream (35%)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Ready bought tart shells
Method
Preheat oven to 375F
In a bowl whisk together the eggs, sugar, vanilla & nutmeg.
Add the milk and cream, whisk a little more
Pour into your ready made tarts and bake for about 12-15 minutes.
