Chantarelle-Rice Loafs

This dish is really easy to make and it tastes absolutely delicious!

Ingredients
Some leftover rice porridge or just boiled rice
2 handfuls of fresh chantarelles or canned mushrooms
1 middle sized onion
1 tablespoon of vegetable bouillon powder
3 tablespoons of (soy)flour
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1-2 tablespoons of water

Method
Chop the onions and mushrooms and fry them on the pan until they are golden brown. Add the mix to the rice porridge with bullion, (soy)flour, olive oil and water.
Mix all of it carefully with a spoon and then make some nice loafs of it. Fry the loafs on both side until golden brown and enjoy with fresh salad and bread.
