Ingredients
1 egg
1 cup milk
1/2 cup oil
3/4 cup of powder (tapioca flour)
1/2 tablespoon (soup) cornstarch
1 teaspoon salt
100g grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon of ferment
Method
Beat all ingredients in a blender until the mixture liquid and smooth texture purchase. Pour the mixture into forms of empathy. Bake in oven for 30 minutes.
