this is a traditional romanian pie...you ca use all kind of cheese you like, or you can mix cow cheese with fresh spring onion...delicious...

Ingredients
500 g flour

300 ml warm water

7 g yeast

2 tsp sea salt

1 tsp sugar

150 g cow cheese

oliva oil for fry

Method
Make a dough, knead like to the bread and let to rise about 45 minutes or when is double size. After is double size take a dough and cut in 8-10 portions. Take one portion dough and shape like to pizza and put in the middle 1 tbsp of cow cheese. Cover with border and easy shape again. Make with all portions same like first.
Heat a pan and add a pinch of oliva oil, then fry the pie dough on each side about 1-2 minutes.
You can served with cream and one cup of milk.
