for 25 croissants you will need
400 grms flour all purposes (you may add more flour to make the dough soft)
1 glass of fresh squizzed orange juice (dont use juice with conservatives)
1/2 glass olive oil
a snap of salt
2 tea spoons baking powder
for the filling you may need 150 grams of feta cheese
mix all the ingredients and make a soft dough.Wrap this dough with transparent foil and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.Then the dough is ready to make the croissants.
Press the dough gently and make layers in a triangular shape .Fill the layers with feta cheese and wrap around the croissants.Bake them for 35 minutes in medium temperature....
ps: you can top some sesame seeds on the croissants if you like...
