I prepared this beautiful cake to post on the Vegetarianos magazine here in Brazil and everyone loved, try it, its delicious.

Ingredients
200 g self raising flour

2 tsp baking soda

2 tbs molasses

4 tbs sunflower oil

150 ml orange juice

100 g raw sugar

2 sliced bananas

½ cup chopped cherries, reserve the syrup

Method
In a big bowl, add the flour and the baking soda. In a small bowl, mix the molasses, oil, juice and sugar. Combine both and mix well. Add the bananas and cherries. Put the mix in a rectangular baking tin and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it cool for some minutes, on the top put the cherry syrup and serve with a hot drink.
