  • 1/2 kg cherry
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 glass (0,2 litre) sourcream
  • 1 glass (0,2 litre) powdered sugar
  • 3 glasses (0,2 litre) flourl
  • 1 glass (0,2 litre) oil
  • 10 gramm baking-powder
Pit the cherry. Mix the eggs with the sourcream, powdered sugar, meal, baking powder and oil, make it soft and add the cherry to the cake.
Mold it to a baking tin and bake for 25 minutes on 2nd degree and when the pie is ready, sprinkle it with vanilin sugar!

Method
