Cherry pie from Hungary

Ingredients
1/2 kg cherry
3 eggs
1 glass (0,2 litre) sourcream
1 glass (0,2 litre) powdered sugar
3 glasses (0,2 litre) flourl
1 glass (0,2 litre) oil
10 gramm baking-powder

Method
Pit the cherry. Mix the eggs with the sourcream, powdered sugar, meal, baking powder and oil, make it soft and add the cherry to the cake.
Mold it to a baking tin and bake for 25 minutes on 2nd degree and when the pie is ready, sprinkle it with vanilin sugar!

haha<br /> 0,2 liter = 200 ml<br /> 2nd degree = the heat can be adjusted on a scale on the oven, and this is the 2nd out of probably 6.
