Ingredients
200 g plain flour
200 g castor sugar
200 g unsalted butter
aboute 500 g cherry
4 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 lemon zest

Method
Preheat oven at 190\'C.
In electric mix add butter with sugar and mix until is like a cream, then add eggs. Continuous to mix then add flour, baking powder and lemon zest.
Now it\'s time to put in baking tray but just half of the cream and half of cherry, then all the cream and the rest of cherry.
Let in oven for aboute 1 hour.
I recommand to serve with vanilla pudding.
