Ingredients
chicken 2/3 breast
pasta enough for however many people
small jar tomato pesto
olive oil
Method
Cook pasta how you would normally cook it.
Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes and fry in a little olive oil till golden brown.
Once the pasta is cooked drain and put back into pan.
When chicken is cooked add it to the pasta.
Put it over a very low heat and add the pesto, stir in enough to coat everything.
Serve with a thick slice of crusty bread (optional):thumbsup:

my boyfriend is italian(loves pasta) but hates veggies so I added asparagus to this and he loved it....and I love it when i can sneak a veg in! Thanks J!
this dish is a very god choice for GCES practicals its quick and very easy to do and it will be very good for a first course meal
