In a processor mix garlic, parsley, pepper and salt, and if necessary 2 tbs of water, until it forms a paste.
Cut the chicken in small pieces of 5 or 6 cm and mix well with the paste of pepper and parsley. Put the pieces of chicken inside the pan, close it and let cook 8 minutes after pressure begins. Don't let it cook for more than 10 minutes.
Serve with rice, potato pure and a salad
