  • 1 1/2 chicken
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 generous bunch parsley
  • 1/4 green or red pepper
  • 1 tbs vegetable oil or olive oil
  • 1 tbs marine salt
  • --- 1 pressure cooker ---
Put the oil and the onion cut in cubes inside the cooker and heat over low temperature. Simmer the onion untill translucent. (not more than 5 minutes)

In a processor mix garlic, parsley, pepper and salt, and if necessary 2 tbs of water, until it forms a paste.

Cut the chicken in small pieces of 5 or 6 cm and mix well with the paste of pepper and parsley. Put the pieces of chicken inside the pan, close it and let cook 8 minutes after pressure begins. Don't let it cook for more than 10 minutes.

Serve with rice, potato pure and a salad

Method
