  • 2tbsp Oil
  • 450g Chicken, cut into cubes
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, crushed
  • 2 tspGinger, grated
  • 375ml Curry Coconut Cooking Sauce
  • 100g Frozen Peas
  • Salt
1.Heat the oil in a heavy-based saucepan.

2.Add the onion, garlic and ginger and sauté until onion is translucent.

3.Add the Curry Coconut Cooking Sauce and bring to a gentle simmer.

4.Add the chicken and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until chicken is cooked.

5.Add the peas, season to taste and simmer for another 2 minutes. Serve with Basmati Rice.

Notes: Preparation Time: 10 mins
Total Time: 45 mins

Method
