A delicicous main course meal, with the authentic flavours of India in it.
450g Chicken, cut into cubes
1 Onion, chopped
2 cloves Garlic, crushed
2 tspGinger, grated
375ml Curry Coconut Cooking Sauce
100g Frozen Peas
1.Heat the oil in a heavy-based saucepan.
2.Add the onion, garlic and ginger and sautť until onion is translucent.
3.Add the Curry Coconut Cooking Sauce and bring to a gentle simmer.
4.Add the chicken and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
5.Add the peas, season to taste and simmer for another 2 minutes. Serve with Basmati Rice.
