This is my take off of Chicken Cordon Bleu
Take one chicken breast and pound it out. You want the breast to be as thin as possible. Finely chop some dill and spread liberally over both sides of the chicken breast. Place a piece of Swiss cheese on to the chicken breast and roll it tightly. Wrap two pieces of bacon on to each end of the roll up chicken breast. I use toothpicks to hold everything together. So remember to remove them; when you are serving. Place into hot frying pan. Cook until chicken is golden brown and the Swiss cheese as melted and serve.
