Chicken Curry without coconut milk

Serves:5 people Cook Time:40 minutes Prep Time: 20 minutes Total Time:1 hour

Ingredients
The materials :-)
800 grams of chicken cut follow like, discard the skin, rinse and drain
3 seed potatoes, peeled 4 sides of each and soak
2 tomatoes, 2 each side
1 piece tamarind Gelugor
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 1/2 tablespoons minced chilli (spicy want please add)
4 tablespoons meat curry flavour
adequate water
1 chicken stock cube
Salt and sugar to taste
MATERIALS finely ground :-)
1 large onion
6 red onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 inch of ginger
1/2 inch ginger
1/2 inch turmeric
Fried ingredients :
2 sprigs curry leaves
3 red onion, finely sliced
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 stick of cinnamon
1 star anise
3 cardamom pods

Method
HOW to make :-)
Heat the oil in a saucepan. Add ingredients and stir fry until fragrant, add chilli paste and tomato paste, stir-fry until crisp, use a small fire. Enter Material finely ground spice + last day. Stir and fry until crisp spice and oil rises. Stir occasionally.
Add the chicken, mix well and let the chicken seared with spices last. Enter potatoes (drained).Pour enough water. Let boil. Chicken stock cubes if using. Add sour gelugor and cook until potatoes are tender.
Add salt to taste da little sugar. Cook briefly, feeling and if ok can remove from heat. Add tomatoes to the side and let the tomatoes cook intermittent steam. Can serve with rice, pancakes or bread ..
