Chicken and Noodle soup

Easy as pie, takes about 10 minutes to prepare and 1 to 2 hours to cook. Depending on the aount ur making. I am very sorry if the way I wrote seems a little complicated but english is not my first language. Anyway, easy soup, have fun!

Ingredients
This soup is enough for around 2 or 3 people, as more u make as better the taste....

2 whole chicken legs (or a whole chicken, why not?)
a bunch of herbs (Oregano, parsil....• what ever u can find that goes with chicken)
1 or 2 normal sized ;-) carrots
Celery, if u like
one big onion
and some garlic after tase
water
some oil or butter
about 200 to 300 gramms of any pasta u like
some stock cubes if u want a stronger taste
Salt

Method
Chop the onions, the garlic, the carrots.
Pop them in a very big pot with the oil and sizzle.
Ad the chicken and give it a little time to go golden (or u can do all other stuff first and pop in the chicken later when it\\\\\\\'s frozen) ad some salt
Now u can either put all other ingredients into the pot, or u put them in one of those sieve\\\\\\\'s with lids on top, really don\\\\\\\'t know what they are called. When using those u can just take all that stuff out when the chicken is soft.
Right, now chuck in water, enough to cover all and let it cook.
Take a different pot and boil water in it, pop in the pasta and just when it is nearly aldente, take it out or use a collander to get rid of all water.
When the chicken is soft (prick it, it will fall apart) take it out. Take out all the herbs too, but keep the carrots and onions.
Put the nearly ready pasta in the stock.
Chuck away the chicken skin, take the legs apart and put the soft meat into the stock too.
If u like u can ad a stock cube now.
Season after taste, goes very well with chilli too.
