its yummy and healthy no gluten if you choose gluten free stock cube, a meal in a dish! hope you like it.
3oz puy lentils ready to eat
1 pint chicken stock
1 sweet potato
1 tbsp olive oil
saute onion and other veg in a pan, add chicken when cooked add stock and puy lentils,
simmer approx 20mins. blend to acquired texture season and serve. you may want to add more water if too thick.
